CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no shows, or early departures are subject to a charge of the full reservation value.
Given the nature of our preparations - well in advance of your arrival - there will be no exceptions to last-minute cancellations. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the fully amount of the stay will be charged.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of the first night’s stay is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
RESORT FEE
A $40 resort fee is applied to all bookings per room, per night. The resort fee covers Outdoor Pool access and towels; tennis; bicycles; Barns access – gym and saunas; scheduled movement studio/wellness classes; high speed internet; morning coffee service in the Pantry; in-room Nespresso machine; on site parking; EV charging; Hammock sites; on site fishing (license required)
